DO NOT rent from this company. I booked a place with them through VRBO. Even though I cancelled within the allowable window, they still charged me a $100 fee. They give zero information about this “policy” in the VRBO listing. Instead, they wait for you to book, and then say if you don’t cancel within 24 hours they’ll charge you $100, even though you’re in the no-penalty cancellation period. I hate companies that dubiously try to milk you for every dollar they can. VRBO should take their properties off their site as it reflects very poorly on them.
Great place to rent from! Helpful and friendly team members! Would 100% rent with them again!!
We rented a place right on the beach last year. We loved it so much we rented again and even referred my sister and her family to MMB and had a great family reunion. The place we rented is under contract to sell, so hopefully the new owners keep listing it with Magical Mission Beach as we want to do it again next year. Thanks again for making the stay amazing!
Extremely unprofessional, and harrassing. Would highly recommend another vacation rental company.
