Shitty building managers. Extremely rude. Would rather blame the tenant for everything, money grabbing at any possible moment instead of completing basic maintenance that we pay the rent for. I’ve lived in buildings where I felt much more taken care of and valued as a tenant and renter. Would not recommend renting at any property that this company manages.

My family and I have been renting from Management Solutions for almost 3 years and they have been fantastic from the start! Setting up a tour was easy, the application process was smooth, and they have been professional and easy to communicate with since we moved in. I was definitely recommend renting from them if you have the opportunity! Thank you MS!

The gardener hit my car with rocks and debris on one of there properties. The gardener refuses to give any info and the company refuses to give any info. Sent them the video but they don’t care. Said call the cops. Horrible company run away from this place. Never trust them.

Very disappointed with this management company. They kept part of our deposit without providing any breakdown or explanation of the charges. We even asked to do a walkthrough before moving out to estimate how much they would charge for painting and repairing holes on the walls, versus doing it ourselves — but they refused. They said it was better to let them handle it and warned us that if we didn’t like their work, they would charge us anyway, no matter what. When I called to ask for clarification, they were rude and dismissive, refusing to give any clear answers. Totally unprofessional and f…
