I have been using McLain Properties for over 20 years. Jess, Jewel and Khira are thorough, responsive and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them.

We were referred to McLain by a family friend of ours in 2016 and have trusted them since that time to manage our rental property. Not only do they offer competitive rates, but they also provide first class customer service. I appreciate that they provide thorough screenings of tenants. McLain manages all my properties. I have never been dissatisfied with their services. They handle the tenants and the HOA issues as well. I would not know what to do without them. Jessica is my go to. She is quite knowledgeable and always helpful.

I believe the most important things I look for in terms of customer satisfaction, is a true concern for the customer's needs, responsiveness and communication. Based on the experience I have had with McLain Properties, and specifically Jessica and the team that backs her up, I have found that there always was a sense that my concerns as a customer were taken seriously and the response and communications timely and detailed to such an extent that I could see progress. Khira and Jewel at McLain Properties have been nothing but professional and kind. They have great communication and never make me feel like I’m bothering them with my emails and/or phone calls. Move in was relatively easy and any minor hiccups we came across, they were there to help assist us in any way they could. Great overall experience.

I have been renting from McLain Properties since 2022 and I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with them! Everyone we have met and communicated with from McLain properties are very nice and they make sure the property we're renting is taken care of. They are extremely prompt any time an issue arises and they make sure to send a referral right away to one of their vendors to assess and fix whatever the issue. McLain Properties rocks!! My husband & I just recently moved into one of their properties and since the showing - the staff has been attentive, informative, and just overall so great to work with. They were able to get a plumber out to our house literally the following day after I had written to them about it. McLain Properties has been the best property management company I've ever experienced. They are kind and great at communicating (shout out to Jewel), they are prompt with addressing repairs, and have hired amazing local companies when addressing the repairs. As a tenant, I feel valued and that they truly want what is in the best interest of all involved. I trust them greatly as a tenant and I would trust them just as much as a landlord.

Working with Khira and the team at McLain was seamless. As a busy professional, I don’t have a lot of time to devote to a move-in process but their concierge service made this so easy!
