We’ve had a great experience with our HOA. Amy has always been responsive, handled any concerns promptly, and has been accommodating with scheduling when needed. We appreciate all the work they do to keep the community clean and running smoothly.

I am extending an acknowledgement for an exceptional HOA Manager with Menas Reality, her name is Lisa Royster. Lisa is the HOA manager for my condominium complex in Temecula, of which mine is not the only site she administers. She is always responsive either in person, by phone or email, of which sometimes extends her workday. I am very thankful for her, always giving attention to what I have asked and doing her best to provide an explanation, or solution for the issue at hand, she is the absolute BEST!!! UPDATE: THE CITY OF SAN DIEGO ISSUED A NOTICE OF VIOLATION AFTER YEARS OF DELAYS AND UNRESOLVED MAINTENANCE ISSUES Since my original review, the City of San Diego has issued a Civil Penalty Notice and Order related to conditions at the property, including drainage/water discharge issues, termite-related deficiencies, and fire safety concerns. I’m a homeowner in a community managed by Menas, and based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. Menas is the management company for our HOA and they are non responsive to calls and emails, they provide inaccurate information, don't post notices of utility shut offs in compliance with the statutes or with the governing documents. Meetings are canceled or changed with little notice. Minutes are frequently not posted. Based on other reviews, it seems acceptable service levels very much depend on who is assigned to your community, rather than supervised by management. We have a lot of serious issues here and they seem to have no concerns about it.

Menas HOA Mgmt Co. Menas will be the 3rd HOA Management Co. our association has had in the course of 1 yr and What a Difference!! From the very beginning our Menas Team of Samira Sheriff and Stephanie Ricario were proactive and communicated in advance with the property owners to let us know When the change over would take place, Who our contacts would be along with their contact info, How we could pay our HOA dues and also that any late fees would be waived during this initial change over. Lisa Royster is an excellent property manager. She communicates well and makes sure we are always paid on time. We have worked with Lisa for several years, at multiple properties. Proposals are requested and reviewed in a timely manner. She makes working with Menas a pleasure!

Amy Hawkins is great as our manager. She has helped address all issues I have come across even the ones that are out of HOA.

Menas HOA STONE GATE in San Diego rules & regulations and complains are NOT always enforced. We also have issues with hot water in our 16 units for almost 6 months and does not get taken cared of. I have also spoken to HOA management and the secretary in two occasions for almost a year to please update my new phone number. to the gate entry telephone to allow access to UPS, FEDEX, and my guest ...BUT NO luck. Very unprofessional. (BTW often bad reviews get deleted)

Menas is managing our buildings HOA. Recently I has a problem with my HOA fees and AmyH. was super helpful and very professional in solving the problem. I recommend Menas. I had a great experience.

Our smaller community has used Mena HOA Management for years. This year I recently joined the board. As a regular owner and now board member, I am very pleased with our HOA Manager, Kimberly. Every month she is on premises, something I've not seen with other HOAs I've been involved in. I find her hands on approach allows her to know the community, keeps our standards high, and allows her to engage with our vendors and keep everything on track. Kimberly knows our community well. She was very responsive when I was a regular homeowner, and I see her do the same for other homeowners.

Kimberly Howard is wonderful to work with. She is detailed oriented, communicative, and knowledgeable. I suggest Means for HOA properties.

I'm a homeowner in an HOA serviced by Menas. I recently submitted a proposal for approval of a small yard remodel. The office staff-- a special shout out to Samira-- have been so pleasant, patient, knowledgeable, and professional as they walked me (and my proposal) through the process. Just wanted to express my appreciation to her and to Menas for a nice experience.

I have been working with Sarah Espinosa from Menas HOA for a few years now. As a board member it’s been such a relief to have this partnership with them. Both Menas and Sarah have been incredible to work with and really have improved our property in so many ways! We have been with this management company for over 30 years and have been happy with them. They care about their customers (communities) and make a point to make sure to accommodate us by keeping us as a community if a community manager isn’t performing up to par. Most important to us at Menas Realty for our Aurora at Riviera Del Sol community has been Sarah Espinoza. Her tireless commitment to faithfully managing our 220-unit complex over the last 5 years has been phenomenal, and our HOA board of directors would not be running as well as it does without Sarah's insightful knowledge and boots-on-the-ground experience. We switched to Menas a few years ago and have been pretty happy. Our manager Lisa is very responsive, and remembers all the things that my poor memory always forgets. Price is competitive and service seems of a higher tier than the cost might suggest

Horrible ongoing experience with this company. They accused me of leaving a car parked for over 72 hours and gave me a violation when they car is not connected to me in any way. They didn't even ask if was mine, they just sent me an email (FROM A NO REPLY ACCOUNT) They refused to answer phone calls or my emails. This was after already having a horrible experience when they came on board as our new HOA and accused me of not paying when I have never missed a payment. Not replying to phone calls and emails and making false accusations with no recourse is absolutely unacceptable.

Stephanie Ricario is out property manager with Menas HOW Management and it has been months of her not responding to tenants calls and emails. Leaving us uninformed of the construction that was supposed to end months ago. Worst property manager and property management company of all time

Moved to California from North Carolina last year so very new to HOAs. We had another terrible company that did nothing but send aggressive letters with the manager changing 3 times in the past year, was so bad we considered selling and move out of the community! Having Menas as our management company has made a big difference as during taking over our community they have educated homeowners and we finally see the major positives with being in an HOA.
