My husband and I have used Mercer to rent out our apartment for the last 3 years and we could not have asked for a better manager. Their easy policies to handle finding renters, fixing issues, and handling everything I don’t want to has been a huge benefit to us. Their fee is incredibly reasonable and I trust them to take care of my home. Have and will continue to recommend them as a management company!

Mercer Properties has been a true godsend. Their responsive expertise makes renting effortless—they find excellent tenants, negotiate strong rents, and handle every detail with professionalism. Thanks to them, I’ve been able to be a responsible landlord, even while living abroad during COVID.

Have had a pleasure of having Mercer properties manage my property for a long while now. Highly recommend them. KC is the Residents Operations Manager who has helped me for few years now. She is an absolute gem to work with.

They do a good job of interviewinfg tenants and using the correct paperwork to make sue that everyting is legal. Also, M has a good accounting system and monthly reports of the property's income.

Mostly working with KC. She's just terrific, always responds quickly, very professional and makes my life so much easier.

Barbara and Kelli are super responsive and always very thoughtful and helpful. They have been great property managers over the years.

I purchased a home in Kensington many months before I was able to move to San Diego. This was a very stressful time for me and I really didnt know what to do with the house while I was thousands of miles away and couldnt watch over it. I reached out to Barbara at Mercer and asked her for advice. We decided to rent the home for several months. Barbara took over everything and this allowed me to relax about it. It was quickly rented and Barb and the renters have taken excellent care of it. Right before the renters moved in a small leak was found in the ceiling (even though it had a new roof !). …

The Mercer team did a great job in being a property manager, get the property ready to sell and then sell the property! The process was quick and the staff kept me informed all through the process! Thank you.

Thus far all transactions and management of our property account has been good. I would like to see a close in managemenrt of the property such as a detailed condition report of the premisis to note where maintenance issues may require our attention. (Exterior painting, eaves condition , stucco damage, plumbing problems, etc)

I've recently moved from Madison WI to Poway CA, so I had to do some house hunting in the San Diego area. I ultimately decided for renting a house that is managed by Mercer Properties. My experience with Mercer Properties has been positive overall. The agents were professional, comprehensive and responsive throughout the rental process and I appreciated their flexibility to accommodate my busy schedule, including on weekends.

They are very professional and attentive. Any maintenance request gets handled right away. I highly recommend them

Watch out,they'll keep you deposit $ and would come with a lot of excuses. I will look somewhere else.
