I have worked with Merchant Property Management for over 15 years and have had nothing but a positive experience with them. They are a very responsive property management company that takes pride in their services. Very friendly staff that will always try their best to resolve issues, even doing preventative maintenance on items before they need repairing. If you’re wanting honest, reliable, and fairly priced property management services they’re the ones to go to!

Merchant PM was pleasant and professional to rent from. Any issues that came up were handled quickly and in a friendly manner. They were also fair when it came to any disputes which is hard to come by in a Property Manager.

I just spoke with Erin from the management office and i have to say...She is absolutely wonderful! One of the nicest, most professional people i've dealt with in all my years of renting. About 6 months ago we had a serious plumbing issue in the bathroom and it was handled promptly and professionally and everything was reatored beautifully. I feel well taken care of here and that means alot

Recently moved out of one of MPM's rentals and I can't speak highly enough of them as a management company and especially Erin who was so kind and helpful!! They were respectfully hands off but also quick to respond to any maintenance needs etc. 10/10 would rent from them again!!

Lived here for almost 2 years and reached out to the property manager, Devin, on a couple occasions. Was always attentive and quick to fulfill my requests. The building itself is older, but well maintained. Also really appreciated the maintenance team as well!

Look no further when finding a place to rent! MPM is the best you can get. Erin at the front desk is incredibly kind and responsive. The on-site manager is accommodating and friendly. Highly recommend!
