Great spot! We got to live the beach-life dream for the weekend.

Great beach house with amazing rooftop view of bay and ocean!! House was clean and has great air flow with nice big windows and sliding doors. Had long term friends in town and they stayed here and loved it. Spent day at the beach and bbq’d on the first floor patio. Rooftop sunset hot tub to finish the day!! George is great host!!

Great house. Right off the beach, walkable. Great for family or friends. Would recommend.

Stayed at the best location ever on Mission Bay. The house was well stocked and clean. It was so relaxing and easy to stay at this place. You can have an amazing vacation experience here with very little effort. I hope to come back someday.

Our stay here at our mission beach rental was absolutely perfect from start to finish! The location couldn’t have been better—close to everything, yet still peaceful and relaxing. The space itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and amazing ocean views. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, making check-in and the entire stay seamless. You can tell they really care about creating a great experience. I would 100% recommend this place. I’d definitely come back next time I’m in San Diego!

We stayed at Casa Rosa with Mission Sands Vacation Rentals in October 2025 and had an awesome experience. If you are looking for a Mission Beach vacation rental that is clean, comfortable, and close to everything, this place checks all the boxes. This house was an absolute dump. I seriously think they manipulated the pictures on the ad with AI to hide the reality of this house. The entire first floor smelt of mold, there was black mold in several of the showers and windows, rust and drywall falling off in several spots. The heating only goes in the living room and you have to use unsafe space heaters if you want heat in the bedrooms. The outside of the house looks like a rusty abandoned building. I stayed at one of their beach houses and was really impressed with how well everything was managed! The home was spotless, comfortable, and in an amazing location. 😍 It was clear a lot of care goes into the properties and guest experience. Would absolutely recommend!!! 😊

We had an amazing stay with Mission Sands Vacation Rentals at their Beachfront Sunset property. The location is unreal—right on the beach with nonstop ocean views and sunsets that actually live up to the name. The place was spotless, well laid out, and perfect for relaxing without feeling cramped. Eileen and Rome were awesome to work with—super responsive, friendly, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. You really can’t beat waking up steps from the sand. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Mission Sands.

I’ve stayed at one of their properties twice now. Each time we have a small issue where we had to contact the property manager. Needless to say, it went as smooth as it could be. I’d definitely stay at one of their properties again.

These guys do a great job communicating, prior to and during our stay, which is really important to me. The person we worked with, I think her name is Jennifer, was especially helpful and easy to reach. Everybody we worked with was very nice and professional. We would love to rent from them again in the future.

We were excited to find this condo right on the beach in Ocean Beach but all our visions of a peaceful serene beachfront vacation were quickly spoiled when we realized we were right in the middle of a homeless encampment. We saw homeless people randomly sleeping amongst their piles of filthy possessions in the area just below our deck and throughout the grassy area and sidewalks surrounding the condo building as well as many people living in dilapidated vans and motorhomes in the parking lot and street on both sides of the building, despite the numerous “No overnight parking or Camping” signs…

The entire experience wasn't good . First starting with the reservation process that ,after making the reservation we received an email for additional information and stated that we have to provide all info within 24hrs otherwise the reservation will be canceled. We provided all info needed in 18hrs to be exact and we didn't hear back . When called the customer service they said oh the unit you wanted ( ocean beach San Diego ) is no longer available and they said they don't know what happened !!! how's that even possible !! they said they can offer us another unit which definitely wasn't the…

I stayed in one of Mission Sands properties with my family and everything went smoothly from the arrival to the end of our stay. I am particularly picky with the places I stay, so I can say that the property was on point, and more importantly CLEAN! The staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely book with them again.

Tried to call the emergency number on a saturday night. Called again on Sunday morning. No one there. Will proceed to file a formal noise complaint with the city of san Diego STRO so they can handle it with the owner and Mission Sands.

I stayed at a property very close to the beach. It was beautiful, cute, and very clean. Everything on the property worked fine. Overall, a great experience, highly recommended.

Great place to stay! The staff was so helpful and friendly. The check in process was so easy and the property was so clean and wonderful with a great view of the ocean! The unit had everything we needed for a comfortable and fun stay.

We stayed at one of their beach front properties. The view was great! The living room had an accordion door which could open up to extend to the balcony. It was perfect for our vacation. The rooms were perfect size and well kept. We enjoyed our stay there!

Good luck if you need to reach this company in an emergency. Called/text the emergency number 10+ times from midnight-3am for an emergency on Memorial Day weekend with no response until 8:20am the next day. Was then told by an employee, that number is not a “service” or a “hotline” it’s another employee and she was “sleeping” at the time! What a joke! On a big holiday weekend your “emergency contact” for all these rentals was sleeping! Do not recommend!

They’re completely unresponsive. Photos are edited. The place I stayed Beryl Bungalow was disgusting! Beaten up, filthy, stained, torn & missing essentials. Awful! The map they show the location on total fraud - 7 blocks further away from the beach than indicated
