I've never had an HOA but MCM and Pearl specifically is always super responsive and very quick with assisting me. As a new first time homeowner, I've definitely bombarded with so many questions and requests, and they have been very helpful even with misunderstandings, which has been great as we have so many things going on.

As the President of the HOA Board of Directors, I’ve had a great experience working with Modern Community Management as our property management company. They are responsive, professional, and always attentive to the needs of our community. While there have been some concerns shared by other reviewers, I can confidently say that our relationship with MCM has been positive and productive. This is the worst management company on the planet. They gave no idea what they are doing and have never seen our complex. They ran us into $200,009 in debt and every single thing is broken. They are illegal and unethical and 800 miles away from their clients with zero receipts ever. Run away from this company or sue them. I am going to.

0 stars isn’t an option. They are useless and take days to fix issues like no hot water. No one does what they say they will
