I will only do business with NewWest when I have a rental in San Diego. April managed my property in downtown San Diego, specifically the marina district, without me ever needing to worry about my tenants or property. April was incredibly professional, timely, and had great recommendations for me. She helped vet and place a tenant in my condo, and as a first time landlord, it was so helpful to have someone to rely on who could walk me through the process and recommend vendors. Thank you, April & NewWest group!

We rented our townhome for the past three years, and have always been helped by the entire NewWest team. They have been responsive, clear, and prompt. We may have gotten lucky, but there really is not much else you can ask for working with a property management team.

We HIGHLY recommend working with April and NewWest Properties. My husband and I were relocating to San Diego from an overseas military assignment and April was the ONLY property manager who did not send us an email saying "look at my website, everything is there". Rather, April and her team asked us what we needed, how far from work we desired to live, and helped craft our search for the perfect rental. Her team is incredibly responsive. If we were ever back in the San Diego area, we would MOST DEFINITELY utilize her services again.

Renting through NewWest Property Management has been a very positive experience for me. I’m currently renting my second apartment with them, and the level of communication and professionalism has been great. I had the pleasure of renting with this property management for 2 years. From the beginning to the end it was an Amazing stay. Superb communication, quick response to any issues I had which were only 2. I felt very safe and secure in the apartment and the surrounding areas. The landscape was very inviting and tranquil.
