Alexi has been an exceptional property manager over the last four years! He has always been responsive and reliable. We always felt that he not only cared about making sure our home was comfortable and well taken care of but that he genuinely cared about our family as well.

Alexi does a great job managing our rental property. He is a true professional and is thorough in the services he provides. We appreciated the screening process he did to get good tenants. He keeps me informed of any issues - communicates well and listens to both myself and the tenants. Alexi is also well connected and has recommended contacts when services/repairs are needed.

We met Alexi first when our son was renting a unit that he was managing. Alexi made the application and move in process so smooth and easy, and he was very friendly and responsive. We own multiple rental properties ourselves and Alexi was clearly better than other property managers we had used...so now we use Alexi for our own properties! He is great.
