I've been around real estate a long time, so I've dealt with my share of property managers. They all kind of run the same way. You hand them your house and it becomes one more unit in their system, runs however their system runs. You adjust to them. When I first talked to the OODA team, one line stuck with me. Enterprise grade data analytics and dashboard with personal customer service is what you want for your stro, airbnbs, I would hire ooda. Chris is Good with explanations and flexible. I tried couple of other such services, So far ooda seems to be the best.

I feel lucky to have found Ooda management to oversee our new Airbnb. Christian was there from the beginning with advice as we started improvements to our house before our move across country. He and his team allowed a very smooth turnover. Since then I’ve been blown away by how many bookings he’s getting us and the rental revenue. We booked a house with these guys through Airbnb. It was my dad‘s 70th and we used it as a family gathering opportunity. We had all these plans to go out and do adventures, but honestly when it came down to it, we ended up just staying at the house. It had everything we needed. My kids are young, so exploring the Orchard trees, setting traps for imaginary animals, utilizing the pool and hot tub, and all of the games in the game room really provided a family bonding experience. This property is very nice and in a nice neighborhood. Nice and quiet. Everything was clean, the bedrooms are nice. Came here on vacation with my kids and the backyard (mainly the hot tub) was their favorite! Would definitely recommend this property
