Very prompt when needing anything fixed or having any questions about the lease. They have been one of the best by far.

Just rented a new place and they have been great. There were a few issues with the place that needed to be fixed and the maintenance requests were addressed promptly.

I worked with Paulina to rent my apartment. She was the best since day one. The day I went to fill out my application I was late and she stayed after hours with me until I was done . She answered all my questions and helped me set up all the apartment utilities . Every time I have a question she’s always there to answer them and help me out. I had the best experience and see myself working with Otay Mesa Realty in the future if the opportunity arise.

The staff was always efficient, responsive and friendly. Issues in my apartment were generally addressed within few days, if not the same day. Moving in and moving out processes was smooth. They value long term residents so rental prices are very reasonable. I really appreciate their support.

I’ve lived in a lot of apartments before, but none of my previous landlords/leasing companies compare to Otay Mesa Realty. They are very helpful and prompt. Whenever I have any issues, they take care of any problems basically overnight. I’ve never had such a great apartment experience before now.
