Teri and the ladies at Parker Properties have been my property managers for over 15 years. They handle all aspects of finding great renters including background checks and paperwork. In all that time the house was empty less than a week. They have a great system that shows all the income and deposit the funds in your account monthly. Teri and team are hands down some of the most professional and top notch people to work with. I have been a tenant since 2018 and have never had any complaints or issues. Communication is fast and reliable, any maintenance is done quickly, and the properties are always in amazing condition. I would not hesitate to work with Teri and team again!

The property I rent it was safe and good but when I called to the office to notice them, I am moving by end of the month they didn’t tell me I have to make a writing notice After I moved out, they deduct extra money from the deposit I had They never told me I have to submit 30 days notice in writing👎🏻
