I appreciate the effort the team, especially Gabriel and Renata, puts into keeping everything running smoothly. It really makes the building feel like home.

I’ve had such an incredible experience with Parkside Asset Management. After searching endlessly for housing for my grad school, I met Carl, who introduced me to The Carl where I’m proud to have lived for a year. The rooftop, utilities, and amenities are a steal, and the location right across from USD is a very convenient and beautiful walk for student housing. The team is always consistently responsive and professional with work orders. The team, especially Gabriel and Renata, truly go above and beyond for their residents, and I’m happy to live another year at The Carl.

My stay at The Carl on Riley Street was truly enjoyable! The rooftop with its stunning views was a highlight, perfect for unwinding or starting the day. As an international student, I especially appreciated that it's fully furnished with everything you could possibly need from pots and pans to cutlery. The staff were always kind and responsive which made for a very comfortable experience.

My family stayed here for 4 months and truly felt at home. The unit is thoughtfully furnished, clean, and had everything we needed for a long stay—from a well-equipped kitchen to super comfortable beds. The space gets great natural light and is in a convenient location. Carl is a great host—responsive, kind, and genuinely cares about your experience. His team was also fantastic, always respectful and quick to help with anything we needed. Highly recommend!

Parkside offered a magnificent service. The experience was professional and efficient. When issues arose, the team helped me deal with it swiftly and easily. They have a great team!

I stayed at the Carl on Riley St when I studied abroad from Australia. It is a great location, being close to the trolley (to go to downtown or Fashion Valley, SDSU etc) for those without a car, whilst also being close to some cafes and only a stone throw from USD. The facilities were maintained to a high standard and if a problem occurred occasionally with the AC or washing machine for example, it was very simple to submit a request and a maintenance person would come within the week to fix the issue. The PAM team and their properties are outstanding! The staff made me feel at home instantly. They are very responsive, professional and attentive to guests. A wonderful company ran by a team that truly cares about its guests!

I've had an incredible experience with PAM. Their team has been nothing but professional, responsive, and genuinely caring. Any requests I've had were addressed promptly, often within the same day. The property itself is well-maintained, clean, and feels safe. The amenities are top-notch. Communication has always been clear and proactive, making day-to-day living hassle-free. I highly recommend PAM to anyone looking for an stress-free living experience!

Beautiful stay!! PAM was very accessible and easy to reach out to staff. PAMs responsiveness made me feel comfortable during my time. Staff was professional, accommodating to requests, and always open to feedback. Definitely 12/10 would recommend
