I can’t say enough about the team at Pasas. I had a prior property manager that was TERRIBLE. Poor communication, spending over the pre-determined impound amount, letting maintenance requests go unanswered for months, etc. It made the landlord experience a nightmare. Since Pasas took over the account, I literally have not had to lift a finger. They communicated with the prior property manager to take over the account, arranged to pick up the keys and completed an on site inspection before I could ask. Beware of this firm when trying to sign a new lease with them. They sent us a lease that was asking us to waive a lot of the tenant rights that the state of California mandates. Thankfully we reviewed it carefully and did not end up getting scammed.

I’ve been a tenant of Pasas for about three years and I can say our experience with the team has been so pleasant and smooth. From our initial application process the steps were easy and communication was prompt. Any requests we’ve had with our apt has been handled in a timely manner. I really like the application portal, it makes it easy to communicate and pay our monthly rent. I really appreciate finding a good leasing company for our first apartment and would recommend them to others.

Pasas was very responsive and helpful when we were getting our lease signed and approved, especially over the busy holiday season. We had a maintenance request and it was answered immediately and resolved just a day later.

I had a great time renting with them, every time there was an issue with my apartment they came to fix it the next day. They even let me grab a key for my unit at their office one time I was locked out after hours. I also got my security deposit back.

Current resident - Contacted Pasas about helping us mitigate for the construction noise coming from across the street, either through actual help contacting city or construction company, or through rent reduction. They replied with 1 email saying they would be willing to waive the 30-day notice to vacate, essentially saying "if you're not happy you can leave." We replied saying that we otherwise love our home and don't want to leave, we just want it to be liveable. No replies to my last 2 emails, Pasas has been ghosting us. We found our rental property with Pasas Management through Zillow. The Management team has been very communicative and timely with all questions, and they have an online app that makes navigating tenant to management seem hassle free. I look forward to the term of my lease with this group.

After living in one of their units for over a year, and leaving the apartment clean and in good condition. I was hit with a $1,181 charge for “prorated painting.” Painting is considered normal wear and tear under California law, especially after over a year of tenancy. Worse, I formally requested a move out inspection one month prior to my move out date but this wasn’t offered until April 29th, just one day before my lease ended which denied the chance to address any concerns.
