PMI San Diego Reviews

Things started out great with PMI but turned sour over time. They slowly stopped returning emails. My HOA ultimately decided to transfer to a different management company and the transition was so much more difficult than it needed to be. PMI took days to respond to requests and in the end stopped responding completely. We tried to part ways on a positive note, but that wasn't possible.

Ive been very satisfied with the recent improvements from our management company. They've taken significant steps to keep our community clean and well-maintained, addressing issues more promptly and communicating effectively. I can see a real difference in the quality of landscaping and the upkeep of our facilities. Anytime I've needed assistance or had questions, they've been responsive and professional, showing they genuinely care about our residents. I appreciate their hard work and dedication to making our community a comfortable and enjoyable place to live
