Praecelsus Property Management was highly recommended to my wife and I by an acquaintance who has been managing their property for nine years. We interviewed several property management companies and chose Paracelsus because of their experience. Peter and Jazmin explained the process for renting our home with recommendations according to the market demand. We always were informed about the marketing recommendations which helped us get our house rented. My wife and I are pleased with our choice to have Peter and Jazmin handle our rental property.

They have kept the property rented and rent paid on time for 3 years. When there is a maintenance issue, they have contractors who do the work quickly and always at a reasonable cost. They communicate very well and have professional record keeping for each months income and expenditures.

Peter is the Broker at Praecelsus. He has been very helpful in all aspects of managing my rental property. His Assistant Property Managers, Jazmin and Bryan, have always been very prompt, friendly, supportive, and knowledgeable. This is especially true in navigating new California laws, execution of rental agreements, and negotiating rent adjustments. Excellent company to work with. They take care of everything, repairs, find new tenants, payments on time, etc. After more than 10 years working with them I have never had an issue. Highly recommended

Had my property sitting in a waiting status since November 2023 to february not properly listed and no effort to to get it rented. Over $15k wasted. Please stay away from this place!!!

This company took over my current tenants contract when I switched over from another company. They were able to keep all of my same agreements for the tenant so the transition was smooth for everyone involved. I have been with them for about a year, and I get monthly reports from the owner. The reports give updates on the local California law and legislation. As well as Any impacts to landlords and tenants in the area.
