In my experience, the only thing worse than an HOA is an HOA management company, I hate having to deal with them 99% of the time. However, my recent experience with Kristen Bowlin-Barnett, the community manager for my condo’s HOA, was a refreshing exception. Absolutely useless organization, they are substandard in every metric imaginable. We're going to have a conversation with the home owners to actually have them replaced with another HOA management company. Staff is not friendly and has a really bad attitude and demeanor. They almost never respond to phone calls, and respond to their emails super late, and when they do, their conveyed information is unless. Anything positive you read here is fake and it's written by their friends and family.

Increased our HOA fees for 2024 the maximum allowable of 20%! (In a single year!!!) How is that justifiable?

This agency offers horrible service. I am partially handicapped. Lost my gate controller. Have been working all week to get one. No progress. Our street is being re tarred so there is no parking near by. I was offered an old one that "should" be Wory told them yes please send it overnight, they said they would. It is still not here. I am at my wits end.
