My property manager was very responsive and ensured I was comfortable from day 1 of move in. The price for the space I had so spot on. Maintenance response is a little delayed but that’s expected for a private owned property and the washing machine should upgraded due to supporting 4 apartments (it’s quite small). The only reason I moved is because I was ready to move into a 2 bedroom apartment with lots of amenities. However if you live alone or even a small pet or someone looking for a simple apartment with great living space I recommend applying for their 1 bedroom at 46th street.

Excellent property managers, Dianne and Mark take care of everything, They make it easy. Highly recommended. I have been using them for over 10 years.

Priority One has managed my rental property for about 10 years. They have maintained 100% occupancy, stayed on top of any maintenance and repair issues with trusted maintenance techs, handled monthly mortgage payments and provided reliable monthly owner income payments. I was optimistic when I met Diana, but we ran into several issues during my short time working with her. She took liberties with maintenance requests without prior approval. Her response times to email/text were irregular. Lastly, her main pricing strategy is mostly just recommending price drops. After terminating our agreement since no tenants were placed within 4 months, I have not gotten my house keys returned after she re-keyed the doors. Priority One have some of the most responsive and thorough service I’ve experienced from a property management company. Whenever there’s a problem with our house they handle it quickly and effectively. They’ve been great at accommodating awkward move times and electronic payment issues which is rare for property management companies in San Diego. Friendly, usually prompt reactions to e-mails/calls but sometimes follow-ups are needed until things get fixed. They do however connect you with decent professionals when in need and provide a neat online portal where maintenance requests, payments etc can be managed. Sometimes lack in communication (e.g. random unannounced rise in pricing for already pretty expensive shared washers & dryers). But all in all we are happy tenants.

We were renting through Priority One for one year. All transactions and communications were smooth and streamlined. Maintenance requests completed on a timely manner. Both move -in and -out were easy and surprise-less. Thank you!

Priority one has been great! I’ve had very few issues with my rental over the past few years, but the times I needed them they were in contact immediately. Everything is very easy to access on their app. I literally have no complaints.
