Poor experience renting through them due to a sloppy move in process and subsequent shady move out process and charges to deposit. 'urine odor' in the yard was also thrown at me. This is just a plain lie and a pathetic money grab that will leave a bad taste in anyones mouth. No move-in inspection was provided to me at the time of move in. Any reputable or honorable property management company will present this to a new tenant, whether it is legally required of them or not. The company will just respond and say they haven’t done business with me as my name wasn’t on the reservation. Unprofessional, inconsiderate and lacking empathy for any situation. Just read the negative reviews below and their responses. PR 101 not to publicly argue.
