I have to say how absolutely DISAPPOINTED it is in 2026 to have property management companies that conduct their business like slum lords. This company NEVER responds, they tell you to email them and its ALWAYS a bogus email. And I have first hand knowledge of how they operate. Now they resently went from ROAR property mgmt to Blue & Gold Anchor and It has not changed. They are double dipping , its so sad that people are really getting scammed from landlords and property management companies, no wonder so many ppl in San Diego are homeless.
