I believe even one star is too generous for Emmett Cahill, my tenant’s broker. He was unprofessional and insensitive throughout our experience. We renewed a contract for an office that belonged to my 40-year-old son, who sadly passed away last year. Emmett drafted an amendment that included a clause allowing the tenant to make changes to the office without notifying us.He knew we had prior issues with the tenant who removed my late son’s valuable furniture, without notifying us and we were unable to recover which was very sad for us. We worked with Emmett at QFC and he was unbelievable! After six months with another brokerage and no movement on our property, we moved things over to QFC.
