Be careful where u rent especially if this management property is in charge r a snyder properties they are crocks I lived in Pacifica apartments Escondido for 28 years and they don’t want to give me my deposit but in 28 years they never did anything to my apartment they have so many complaints about the manager and they don’t do nothing about it if this company would of never took over the property I was living in I would still be there

I am writing this review to let everyone whos looking for that home . R.A. Snyder Properties is Five Gold Stars. I have rented my place for 13 years and Michelle Davis I cant say Thank You enough. she is Professional and she has a Heart w People and goes out of her way for people. Lived at the 40th st location for 4 years & happy I moved out! I moved 3 months ago but unfortunately I’m still not free! They have not corrected the amount I’m supposed to pay. They are charging me for cleaning fees BUT I hired a professional to clean the whole apartment for $380 it was left the same way I received it & I'm still getting charged for fees, that’s NOT what the Lease Agreement says! R.A. Snyder recently took over Elan Sandpiper in Solana Beach. My car was stolen out of the parking lot. There are no cameras and the light that should be shining on my parking row has been burnt out for months. I called R.A. Snyder properties in July to notify them of the situation and ask for the light to be repaired. The woman I spoke to said she would call me back with a solution. I still have not heard anything from this company and it has been at least a month. Would not recommend renting with them as they have not been helpful in this situation at all

Recently, there was an issue with my rent payment for the month of August, which was supposed to be handled through an approved third-party payer recommended by your company. If you don’t mind going without air conditioning in the 80+ heat as they do not respond to maintenance calls other than once and it’s now five days without AC and there are no tenants right in SD that helps seniors so I would suggest before you sign. The lease is to include maintenance request completed within 24 hours.

My rent went DOWN by $475, I didn't have to pay a pet deposit, don't have to pay pet rent, water/sewer/trash, no more flooded apartments, and I have lots of parking. I lived in their University heights property and didn’t have a good experience. When initially moving in, there were issues with incorrect rent info on my lease and then again on the online portal. Felt like the management wasn’t very organized… You can hear everything as the walls and flooring does not block out sound.
