Horrible company. They never pick up the phone. They barely respond back to text or voicemail. Communication is very poor. It’s hard to get a hold of them. They lack basic communication skills.
We were renting a home under this management company for the past 6 years. Our family cherished living there, and appreciated having someone to call/email if anything was ever needed, with a prompt response. Upon moving out, we received a very fair amount of our deposit back, and are grateful for for the past 6 years with them. Thank you Frank and team!
