I’ve been working with Scott and the team at Realty Management Group to manage my rental property in San Diego and the experience has been great. They are very responsive, handle maintenance issues quickly, and keep me updated on everything going on with the property. Their flat monthly fee structure is also much more reasonable than the percentage-based managers I looked at. If you need a reliable property manager in San Diego I would definitely recommend them.

Consumer Warning — Lack of Professional Standards and Accountability This property manager handled my property for over four years, and I’m writing this review as a warning to other owners. When I originally hired RMG to manage my Fashion Valley condo (2023) in San Diego, they were great. They found good tenants, I received my rent distribution in a timely fashion (by the 10th-15th of the month) etc. Fast forward to April 2025. Today is the 25th of April and I still have not received my April rents. Even after I contacted Donna Engle and asked where my distribution was. She claimed she sent it on the 10th. Never received!!
