Dan Recob has provided excellent property management support for my 3 rental units. I am a small landlord, and was referred to Dan by a tenant/landlord attorney when I decided I simply wasn’t able to continue to manage the rental homes by myself because of all the new laws regarding tenants’ rights. Dan navigates this beautifully and frees me to enjoy life, NOT being a “working landlord”, just a person enjoying the fruits that property ownership provides.

This guy is a Joke. He supervised the construction of one the worst ADU units around. Two weeks after moving in had to leave property for a day due to allow for reconstruction of their leaky shower. They rushed us into a unit he knew was horribly built to start getting his money rather than make sure his properties are completed correctly and up to code. More problems followed like clogged shower drain due to faulty construction a roof that leaked because not built to code and on and on. Stay away.
