In HOA meetings the lack of professionalism is deplorable. I really wish they treated the home owners with more kindness and respect.

We are beginning a remodel, mostly of our front yard. We submitted our plans to RPMS and the Architectural Committee and we were delighted to receive a very quick turnaround from Eric Olivia, Associate Community Manager. Hello, my name is Rolando Reyna and I live in Ecinitas in a community managed by RPMS. I recently had an experience in my unit where I had to have bees remnoved from a vent leading to the downstairs powder room. I was not quite sure how to address. We have a home that is managed by RPMS. Eric Oliva is our contact and he goes above and beyond to assist us, every time. He is knowledgable, friendly and responsive.

If your HOA board is looking for a property management company, STEER CLEAR of Reliable. They are anything but reliable. The unprofessionalism and rudeness of Vanessa and John is unacceptable. Making claims such as our community is too demanding and homeowners are micromanaging are excuses. Maybe if they followed through and gave us what we asked for in a timely manner, we wouldn't have to be demanding. Remember the motto, 'the customer is always right?' We were your customers and you will continue to lose customers with your poor work ethics and mistreatment.

Lack of Professional Competence. Working with RPMS has been a deeply frustrating experience characterized by hostility rather than professional service. My interactions with our assigned representative have been consistently negative. When asked for clarification on simple matters, she frequently cites her legally required timeframe for addressing said issues rather than addressing the problem. During the roof renovation of my Condo we had a significant rain storm. Water leaked into my tenants kitchen. As a landlord I went to see the damages. To my surprise and delight Crystal was there to meet me. I didn’t ask her to get involved but she did. It gave me confidence in our property management company. Colby Angel was extremely helpful and professional. There was an issue with my HOA bill being sent to the property address instead of my primary residence, which caused a late fee. Once I contacted him, he quickly updated my address and waived the fee without any hassle. I really appreciate his responsiveness and professionalism. Great experience!

Colby was very responsive & prompt in helping me get my reimbursement for flooring work that was done in my home. It really helped keep anxiety low through the process and I appreciated that.

The transition has not been smooth due to a lack of communication from the previous management company, but Crystal has stayed on top of everything. Our association recently transitioned to RPMS and encountered some issues with the previous company forwarding our payments. Throughout the process, Colby has been incredibly helpful and consistently communicative and responsive, which has helped make transition much smoother.

Vanessa Beebe with RPMS is a great manager. The management company it’s self is great. I find that they all have support un like some of these big management companies I work with. I work with allot of community managers, allot of them will never give their personal numbers out, but Vanessa will, because she cares about her community’s that she serves, she always likes the line of communication to be there, to better serve her community. Her response time to weather it’s by phone or email, it’s always quick, in this industry it’s become hard to find managers that really care.

RPMSCA has been very good to work with. After a negative experience with out last management company we have been very pleased with the level of professionalism and the quality of their work. Leah has been especially helpful. We can rely on her to respond within the same day we send an email and she is so on top of what is happening with our community. It’s challenging to find people willing to care and manage an HOA of only 22 homes. They have shown to be reliable and trustworthy.
