Larry has been my go-to property manager for at least 7 years now for my rental properties in San Diego. He has always helped me find good tenants who pay in a timely manner. Prior to finding Larry, I was having trouble finding a tenant for one of my properties. Larry took over and found multiple tenants. This is one of the many key positives in working with Larry: He makes sure to provide several prospective tenants for me to choose from.
