Salvatore and his team are the best property managers I have ever had the pleasure to work with. They are very quick to respond to any questions or issues and then proceed to take of them promptly. Every inquiry is handled so professionally and they are all also just so kind and respectful. I feel so lucky to have been able to with them for over a year. I would love to work with them in the future whether that is in purchasing a property or having them manage one of mine in the future. In a very saturated industry, they stand out in the best way possible.

My family used this company, specifically Salvatore, for five years. We had zero drama with renters. They had no problem finding renters. When we wanted to do renovations and we were 3k miles away, they did a great job managing all of the projects for a reasonable price without any of us having to fly in and inspect. If we have any more properties in the area, this is where we’d go for management.

My father hired this property management company to manage his rental unit. My father passed away, I thought well if my dad trusted this man ( Salvatore) to manage the property I can also use him to help sell the house. I have never sold or owned a house and I should not of signed a contract with Salvatore. I could not believe my eyes, the property was in awful shape, someone built a room inside of the garage.
