We live in Las Vegas and SDPP managed a property for us in the golden triangle area. They provided outstanding service in every aspect for our family. From finding renters, to immediately answering a questions, and giving us clear timely statements. I highly recommend SDPP to anyone who doesn’t want to deal with the hassle of managing a property themselves and will definitely use them again when the time arises.

I lived in one of their properties for over a decade and throughout that time there were quite a few changes, but one thing that remained consistent was the level of service. Michael was always on top of any issue I had and was consistently kind, communicative, and helpful. He made the experience smooth and stress free and I always felt supported as a tenant. We had a wonderful experience living at The Lake. The property is beautifully maintained, with a serene lake and a fantastic neighborhood. Maintenance was always prompt, and Michael and Howard from SDPPM was incredibly helpful throughout our lease. The location is ideal—just 5 minutes from Torrey Pines Beach. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved the service that SDPPM provided us during the 16 years that we rented the property. If there were ANY issue that came up during our stay the response were swift; and accurate the repairs were done immediately. All service calls from my husband and/or I were dealt with ASAP. I could ALWAYS count on them to solve any problem big or small. They always kept us informed of any changes that would occur within our stay .
