We almost died because of our stay here and Colt did not care to help us find another accommodation. We stayed here for our wedding night, and returned to change for our afterparty to a severe carbon monoxide leak in the house. The fire department and city had to come and shut the street down to turn off the gas, and we were told we would die if we stayed there and lucky we didn’t die the night before. Been a tenant for 12 months under this property management. Leaking pipes, mold, loose tiles, broken windows, broken door handles, dirt everywhere, and that’s about 10% of it. Wifi’s terrible so I can’t even work, and the only utility included is wifi. This management is for short rentals only not a place to live, because they suck…just my opinion I guess, but if you heard my experience working with them then you’d think of it as pretty objective.

Working with San Diego Vacation Rentals was extremely easy. They were very responsive to to questions, even during a busy holiday weekend. The rental was super clean and just as advertised. Family has a great time in Pacific Beach. We usually stay in Point Loma area so was definitely a new experience. Look forward to utilizing their rentals every year, as the hotels we used to stay at are getting more expensive, while the amenities are aging and staffing levels seem to be reduced.

We absolutely loved our stay at PB Hanau in Pacific Beach. The house was beautiful with 2 living spaces, 2 kitchens and 2 outdoor entertaining areas. San Diego Vacation Rentals had everything we needed for a fantastic stay.

To celebrate our 29th anniversary my husband wanted to do something we always wanted, to stay on the boardwalk in SD...Our trip could have not been better!! San Diego Vacation Rentals were excellent! The Condo for the 2 of us was perfect! We sat on the patio and watched the sunset every night! The Condo was clean and supplied with everything that we could of needed. Their response time with any question prior to the visit were within an hour if not shorter time and were courteous and happy every time! We are already planning our next trip!! Thank you for a wonderful time!

My friends and I stayed at a property run by San Diego Vacation Rentals. The property was as described, the instructions and communications were clear and simple and I appreciated that they don't follow the trends of many vacation rental companies where they require the guests to do a huge laundry list of chores. I found out rentals requests to be absolutely within reason. Highly recommend using one of their properties when visiting San Diego.

DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT rent through this company. They don't have any customer service, the girl I spoke to was rude. The place we rented was not clean, had broken furniture. The bathrooms were disgusting. You can't turn the ac down, which can make for a very uncomfortable vacation. The bald maintenance man that was sent to our rental, kept staring at my wife's breasts. Beware of this rental company.

Me and my family had a wonderful time in San Diego. We stayed at the Wait n See condo and it was amazing, very clean and had everything we needed inside for me and the family to enjoy. I look forward to coming back again next year. Thank you Don H.

The house we rented on Mission Beach was great - exactly as advertised. Easy check-in and check-out process, and the management company was very easy to communicate with.

I've stayed at 5 different properties in Mission Beach and this is by far the best. Can't say enough about the location, space, numerous outdoor hang areas, etc. This place is special.

Our family enjoyed our annual escape to Mission Beach. The house was the perfect location for our extended family to enjoy food fun, and all the adventures San Diego has to offer. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for the 8 of us to spread out. The decks and common areas were big enough for us to enjoy meals and a little down time. Other than a few maintenance issues our stay was perfect. We will definitely keep this location in our travel planner for next year.

Had amazing stay, great home for large family with grandkids. Close to ocean, 1 Blk to Bay and grocery store very close. Home was clean and very comfortable, will definitely stay again.

Jersey 1 Provided by San Diego Vacation Rentals was terrific! It was perfectly described in their literature and photos. The location was exactly what we wanted (just as pictured in their listing). The front porch area was a great spot to sit, relax, and watch. The crowds seemed to be at the north & south ends of Mission Beach. Jersey 1 was in the middle. Very quiet yet close enough to restaurants and shops. We would highly recommend this place and look forward to returning for another visit.

I stayed with SDVR with my family for a long weekend and we had the best time. Our rental in mission beach was spotless and the manager was responsive and helpful. They gave us recommendations for bike rentals and even got us connected to a professional chef for our all-out Friday night family dinner! I highly recommend using them and will book through them again for our next beach stays. Highly impressed! Thank you for the perfect vacation for my family!

Best place to get a vacation rental in San Diego! We were trying to find a place to stay for an event and we stumbled upon SDVR. We were trying to decide between a few properties they had to offer and spoke to Kim who was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions. We stayed at a beautiful ocean front property with an amazing view! We ran out of propane for the bbq grill but Chris came by and had a new one exchanged for us right away! Highly recommend SDVR! Will definitely book with them again in the future!

AWFUL booking company. Can't say this enough, DO NOT use this company, seriously. Have had a vacation planned with friends spread out across the country for months, to only find out that the house we booked isn't even available for us... even though they had no problem taking our money and they didn't even let us know!!! The only way we found out is because we reached out to them!!! The customer service has been HORRIBLE trying to get someone to actually care about us and help us find a solution that isn't a downgrade, as we have 5 adults, 2 of which are in their third trimester of pregnancy…

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! I recently had an absolutely AWFUL experience with SDVR, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment with potential customers. My friends and I had planned a long-awaited vacation, little did we know that our dream vacation would turn into a nightmare. We ended up working with this company after connecting through a third party app (furnished finder). The owner of the rental we looked at chose to have them arrange everything, and it was not great from start to finish. First off their application process is insane for a "vacation" rental, or even short term rental. Requiring a 4 page application for every adult, including background checks, credit checks, references, your bank account info (asked for account number and balances which just seemed intrusive for a short term rental), references, work phone numbers and more.
