I rented a unit managed by San Terra Properties for 9 years. Angela Rivera and Jeremy Hughes were always professional and responded quickly to all of my requests. Should I ever need to find a future rental, I will call San Terra Properties. Thank you to the team for a positive rental experience!
We have lived with San Terra for about two months and I’m finally getting around to writing a review! Angela, our property manager, is very wonderful and professional. If we bring an issue to her or submit a maintenance request she handles it right away. It’s been a wonderful experience so far. We are very happy and highly recommend
I enjoy living at the complex in north park it's nice and quiet the neighbors are cool 😎😎 and the property managers are very punctual when there is a problem with my apartment I enjoy where I live
