Christie Burke / Seville Realty Group has managed my property since March, 2017! Christie has been awesome, handling some serious plumbing issues when I was out of the country and out of state... She is extremely helpful and professional! I have great peace of mind with Christie in charge! I can highly recommend her and Seville!!!

As a former tenant I would not recommend this company.

I always felt like I was treated wonderfully as a tenant under this property management company in university heights. I could not give enough thanks towards Christie, this company is incredibly lucky to have someone like her. She’s not only empathetic, but incredibly responsive and gets things done would rent again in the future with this company.

Never had a problem with management or maintenance. I lived in the Illinois property, the only issue was that the unit was not updated much. 3 out of 7 windows would not open, cabinets were broken or wouldn’t fully close. When I moved in there were broken trash cans behind my unit that management never properly disposed, I was told by a neighbor they were there for a year before I handled the issue myself. Parking was horrible & no washer or dryer provided. You’re basically paying for the location when it comes to Seville.

By far The worst realty group I have ever Rented from. Infestations in the apartment and EXTREMELY inattentive with maintenance requests. It takes 30+ calls just to reach the landlord and then greeted with attitude once landlord is reached. I’m sorry but find a new job if you don’t want to be attentive to your tenants!!!!!

Rented from these folks for 4 years and they were lovely. Christie is an amazing property manager, and all the staff at Seville were always courteous and professional. Competitive rental rates, quick response times, and always kind. My wife and I are moving to follow a new job, but Seville has been a huge part of our San Diego experience. If we weren't moving we would stay in our little duplex forever. Thank you for trusting us and treating us well 🌈🏠
