Simon has been absolutely great to work with! He assured me from day one that he'd make sure to take care of everything I needed from him as a property manager as long as I gave him the reigns. I had an immediate need to find tenants to occupy one of my units. Rather than get someone immediately he took the time to properly vet the applicants to make sure we'd get the best tenant. I consulted with Simon about an unusual tenant/rental situation for which I needed proper paperwork. He listened very carefully to my description of the situation, provided advice about his experience with this sort of rental, and gave me a referral to help draft a lease agreement that would work for our situation.
