Great place, great location. Comfortable, with a well equipped kitchen and good laundry facilities. Nice outside seating place. Overall very pleased with the experience we had.

Our group enjoyed our stay in this duplex. The location is good and the host was very responsive. It was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed for our 4 nights stay. I would definitely recommend to others.

we stayed for a week in San Diego and the house was perfect for our family. The bedrooms were comfortable and the living spaces great! It was very well stocked kitchen with a good amount of spices for our cooking needs. The area was in a quiet neighborhood and very easy to find and navigate through. We were close to local attractions and the pool was wonderful! We are considering another stay in the future!

We stayed 10 days at the property. Management was very responsive and incredible. Place was clean upon arrival and everything was prompt. Super convenient to have the Smart and Final grocery and the Mexican restaurant near the property. Loved it all!

The stay would have a much better review if the mattress was not extremely old without any support. We were in pain the entire stay. 😥 please upgrade old mattresses and replace old dishes.

We rented the property 492 23rd street in San Diego for a long weekend. From the moment we got there we felt right at home. They are very dog friendly and there’s even a backyard for the dogs. The Parking was open around the house (rare in SD) and it felt very safe. It was also quiet. I don’t think we heard one other person when we were there. There’s a lot of local coffee, shops and things to do in the area. It’s just a few minutes from the beach and downtown, which was such a great time. Had a lovely stay in San diego - clean, good location, and enjoyed the hot tub/outdoor space.

I had a really pleasant stay at this cozy studio. The location is perfect close to downtown, the convention center, and major attractions like the zoo. The studio was exactly as described: clean, well-furnished, and ideal for a short stay. Check-in was smooth, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout. The bed was comfortable, Wi-Fi was reliable, and the space had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It’s a great value for the location. Would definitely recommend for solo travelers or couples looking for a convenient and comfortable place in the heart of the city.

The room I rented was a 2-bedroom corner unit located in a quiet community. It also had a private indoor garage for two cars and was fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy the beach in San Diego, such as beach chairs and a bodyboard. Trash could be taken out daily, and the room had everything necessary for daily life, making the stay very comfortable. During my stay, there were some issues such as a clogged drain and a vacuum that didn’t work, but a staff member came the same day to fix them, so I was able to relax and feel at ease.

Beautiful location, lovely walks to close by parks, restaurants and shops. Responsive host and great accommodations. I enjoyed my stay!

The location was perfect, the house was spacious, equipped and beautiful. The Southern California management was kind enough to give us a free night to compensate for the problem with hot tub which took 2 days to be fixed. We really appreciate their understanding.

I booked for 3 weeks and stayed 2 months. This place is awesome! so friendly, cute, welcoming of pets, apartments surrounding a huge and ancient avocado tree, walkably close to all the cool stuff San Diego has to offer, including downtown (walkable), Balboa park trails, coffee shops, yoga, and on and on. The location, the staff, the jacuzzi, and the cute apartments get a 5 out of 5.

We had a wonderful time! The location is PERFECT. Accessible to everywhere within minutes, good walking neighborhood. We had a few little hiccups, they were handled quickly and with outstanding service. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay at our property with SCR! It was very well laid out with all the amenities we could have asked for! We had very responsive hosts who immediately responded to any issues over our 2 month stay. Would definitely come back!

After two failed AirBnB rentals, Southern California Rentals was so patient and considerate with our needs and they truly made the difference. The place was amazing. The little cozy unit I was in was perfect with enough space. The backyard was almost a vacation in itself. Unlimited avocados, a jacuzzi, a sauna, a BBQ grill, astroturf for my dog. My kids referred to it as luxurious multiple times. Walking around was safe and in a neighborhood. Right on the corner was a beautiful view of the city skyline. I would go back for sure.

The place is very clean. However the bathroom sink was clogged and the shower leaked all over the floor such that the shower mat was soaking wet after every single shower.

Great spot for downtown San Diego. It’s in walking distance Padres game and Gaslamp district. Highly recommend.

We thoroghly enjoyed our third extended visit to the Modern Poolside property. The house has always been clean and well prepared for us. The neigborhood is pleasant and close to shopping and restaurants (and our granchildren). The four bedrooms allowed us to invite our out-of-town family to stay with us while spending time with our San Diego son and his family. The pool and spa were clean and serviced weekly - provided lots of fun to our young and not-so-young guests. Our request for a few kitchen items was honored immediately. We stayed at the Gorgeous Sail Bay property for two weeks and had an incredible time. The kitchen was fully stocked, the couch and beds were comfy, there was enough linen and towels for everyone and every occasion, and direct access to the bay was the cherry on top! The house included kayaks, bikes, a BBQ, lots of books, games, and the perfect place to rest and take in the bay views. Our stay at this property was one of the best experiences we had this year!! My experience with Southern California Rentals was wonderful! I was down there for radiation treatment and last minute needed to extend my stay. Not only were they able to extend my stay, but they also did it in a way that was stress free. The rental place was amazing and the rental company was so easy to work with. Highly recommend booking with them.
