We cannot say enough about Stay Coronado . We have known Christina and Mercedes for over 10 years. They have the knowledge and professionalism in property management that you need. They will hand pick your property based on your needs and conversely take care of your property with renters. They can somehow manage both with ease and experience. Any detail or issue will be addressed and a solution will be found. We highly recommend them. You cannot go wrong with Stay Coronado whether you are renting a property or want to rent a property. . You will be in good hands.

Stay Coronado is excellent to work with in every respect. This was our first experience with finding a place that was actually much better than the pictures. Christina was our representative and she was readily available at their offices 2 1/2 blocks from the property we were renting. Once we settled in, we parked our car and it did not move until we left eight weeks later as we were able to walk everywhere. We very much enjoyed staying at the rental. It was walking distance to the ferry landing, restaurants, grocery stores, and most importantly, our daughter’s family. The kitchen was well stocked and the unit was bright and adequately furnished. We’d rent it again. Initially, there was a problem with heating the unit, but that was quickly rectified. One other glitch was that the TV in the living room apparently had volume control issues as we frequently had to raise and lower the volume. I would recommend that this somewhat older TV be replaced. Everything was wonderful. Our only complaint was the WIFI. It never worked properly, you had to restart it constantly in order to watch tv or browse your devices. Your location wonderful. Lovely stay

Loved this house and its location. Just 4 blocks to the beach and 3 blocks to Orange Ave. The house is definitely better than expected and a testament to the way life has been lived in Coronado for years. Very comfortable ans including all accommodations and supplied extremely well. You need to bring almost nothing other than your personal clothing. Everything else is there. Comfortable beds, great bathrooms , and every amenity thought of . If there is anything to say about the house ot is that there is no air conditioning. Our stay in this condo was the best we've ever had! The condo was large and in the perfect, most walkable location. There were a couple of minor issues but Christina took care of them right away.

We had a wonderful two-month stay at this quintessential updated Coronado bungalow. Located on a quiet street six blocks from Orange Avenue, the home felt peaceful and tucked away, despite being only a block from the main thoroughfare from the military base. I was initially concerned about potential traffic or noise, but it was never an issue. The interior of the home is bright and airy, creating a cheerful and comfortable atmosphere. We had the best time staying in Coronado. We rented our home through Stay Coronado, and Christina was absolutely wonderful to work with. She made the entire process smooth and stress free, and the house exceeded our expectations. One huge bonus was that we received our deposit back in less than two weeks after our departure, which made us even happier about the whole experience. We will definitely be booking with Stay Coronado again next year.

We loved our stay in Coronado on 638 Margarita Ave. The home was exactly what we needed, comfortable for 4 adults and 2 kids to spread out and provide both family and alone time. The location was wonderful, convenient to both the beach and walking on Orange Ave. Some minor upkeep on the home (some screens needed replace) and property (outdoor spaces cleaned up) could be done, but nothing that impacted our stay. We would love to stay again in the future!

Spent this summer in a gorgeous newly renovated property recommended by Mercedes and Christene right next to Glorietta Bay the transaction was very simple and move in and move out was flawless, I already booked this same property for next summer. STAY CORONADO will be the property management company I use to spend my summers on Coronado Island....GREAT JOB LADIES!!!!!

Great stay, good communication

We had a wonderful time staying at this home for the month of June. The open floor plan was very spacious and the home came with everything you would need for a long stay. Home was very clean and there are lots of windows to let in beautiful Coronado sunrise and sunsets. We would definitely stay again.

We were fortunate enough to find Christina and Mercedes at Stay Coronado while researching a place to rent for a month in anticipation of possibly moving there from another part of San Diego. They have been amazing! They are super knowledgeable about the market and products available in Coronado and the home we rented at 709 C Avenue was perfect. The home had everything we needed and was immaculate. They even had fresh flowers upon arrival!!!! I would highly recommend them!

Wonderful stay with beautiful weather. The house’s close proximity to Orange Ave and Ocean Boulevard is a real plus.

Great location, apartment needs kitchen and bath renovations. The apartment needs to be freshened up with new sheets towels blankets. It needs a major cleaning. It’s location and size and layout is fantastic but It needs work.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Encino-Row home. It was charming and comfortable. It has a lovely backyard with privacy and the driveway provides parking. The kitchen was well stocked. The location is great with a two block walk to the ocean. It is in walking distance to the village. Christina is great to work with as she got back to us quickly when we had questions. I love staying at The Landing in Coronado next to the harbor and Centennial Park. The views of the Coronado Bridge and the San Diego skyline are spectacular, and there are many restaurants and shops that you can walk to. Our condo was large and had a wonderful patio with wicker furniture and bar top seating.

Christina, made our stay in Coronado Seamless. A real professional that is dedicated to making sure our stay was the best it could be.
