We have been using Stay San Diego for years and they have been great to work with. We were referred to them from another friend that used them for their downtown condo and loved their service. We own many rentals and Stay San Diego is by far the best property management company we use. (Other rentals are not in San Diego)

Had an excellent experience staying at an apartment in Little Italy through Stay San Diego. The space was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with everything I needed for my stay. The location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of Little Italy, surrounded by great restaurants, shops, and easy access to the waterfront. The check-in process was smooth, and communication with the team was prompt and professional. I would highly recommend Stay San Diego and would definitely book with them again for future visits.

I wanted to thank Stay San Diego - they worked with me to resolve a payment issue at the last minute and were very helpful and prompt in communicating with me. The condo was very well furnished and comfortable for our extended stay, even including a secured parking space. Everything was in working order, we did not need any service or repair during our stay. The downtown marina location was well connected, easily walkable and everything we needed was close to the complex. We really enjoyed our time and happy we were able to have our dog with us as well. I failed to take any photos but these guys were amazing all the way through. We had the dryer break and they had someone out within a day on a holiday weekend to look at it and fix it. They replaced the trashcan the same day it broke no questions asked. We had nothing but a positive experience highly recommend staying with this company if traveling to San Diego

My family and I stayed in San Diego for a 5 month work trip. We had an amazing experience with Stay San Diego. The whole team is very friendly, easy to work with, and replied promptly when I would reach out. Wish I had known about them sooner and will be sure to use them again in the future!

Not only was the staff very professional - they were also sincerely interested in helping us fine our rental. We also had our share of questions and they responded in a timely fashion. And the best part is the place we rented for a month was very nice and exactly what and where we were looking to stay. Pretty good response time with questions and issues needing resolution. Quality choices for places to live. The process to get I to the rental was also easier than I expected.

We rented for a month in Gaslamp, and the experience was very poor. During that month, we encountered several issues beyond our control. The faucet broke three days after we moved in. Then, we had a flea infestation that affected our health. They didn't provide any solution, nor did they contact us to resolve the problem. Very poor (or nonexistent) communication. The treatment was truly disastrous.

This is the second time we have rented through Stay San Diego. In both cases, the units we have rented are exactly as represented in the photos on Stay San Diego's website. The staff at Stay San Diego are always responsive, helpful, and professional. For example, one unit where we stayed developed a leak in the ceiling from the unit on the floor above it. Stay San Diego was on it immediately and the problem was corrected in a timely fashion. I’ve been staying at Stay San Diego’s properties since 2008 and greatly appreciate their friendly and helpful staff! The properties I have stayed at have been clean, well kept, and in convenient locations across downtown. Would highly recommend and look forward to my next stay!

Stay San Diego was able to quickly provide me a list of beautiful, fully furnished housing options for my 9 month TDY trip to San Diego. Once I chose the location I liked, the process of moving in was seamless. In the months I've spent here, I've needed miscellaneous repairs a handful of times and stay San Diego has had it taken care of next day each time. I couldn't be happier with the friendly staff and great communication. I will use stay San Diego for every trip I have in the future.

Stay San Diego is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! They went above and beyond for us to make sure we were in a place that worked for our family. They were on top of their invoices! I never once had an issue with their billing! I will always use Stay San Diego for any of my housing needs.
