Our properties are always rented with great tenants that have been vetted by Sterling. Management fees are quite reasonable. This continues to be a great partnership. Highly recommend!

Sterling Investments was our property management company for 6 years in San Diego before we moved out of town, and we were very happy with them, especially with Justin Kaye. He was always very responsive every time there was a problem with our apartment, which didn't happen frequently, since they try to keep the properties in great shape. I have lived in the same apartment complex for 4 and a 1/2 year. Sterling properties took over for only four months a year ago. (The owner of the property decided he didn't want property management anymore).Damian was a property manager and he did MORE FOR US IN 4 MONTHS THAN THE PROPERY OWNER DID IN 4 1/2 YEARS!!. They are so thorough and so efficient. And I wish I was renting from them again. They do a great job.

Sterling IMC has been unresponsive regarding repeated parking and safety issues tied to the property they manage at 445 E St. Vehicles associated with this address regularly block the public sidewalk, creating ADA access issues, and park in ways that obstruct sight lines for neighboring driveways, posing a traffic safety hazard. These concerns have been raised multiple times, yet no corrective action has been taken. The lack of follow-through and disregard for basic compliance and public safety is extremely frustrating and reflects poorly on their property management practices.

This is how property management should be done. I leased an apartment for 3.5 years from Sterling and they have been the best property management I have had the pleasure of leasing from. Any question or small request I had was met in a timely manner, and they were consistent with general communication.
