HUGE SHOUTOUT TO ELAINE from Struass on 5th. Strat prop has a few amazing buildings in the best parts of San Diego that I've recently lived in. Incredible Management + Aggressive market rent + Great Renewals. When I left, it seemed impossible to get back into the building due to the desirable location and the unique structure of the units. Elaine has been an ALLSTAR helping me secure a unit and transition effortlessly with my busy work life. THANK YOU!

Hoping California elect someone to stop property management BS like this. TRASH. I lived in one of the property they “managed”. The “laundry” was right by the trash in the most inhumane way possible. The rent would go up every year but they were never capable of putting a locker with a code on the front door - I had packages stolen, the property itself sucks, it’s old. Stay away

I rent storage units from one of their storage businesses and they are a joke. They do not care about their customers. Not only have they not completed the fence in over a year so the property is secure they had the nerve to send me an email about raising my rent the day after our RV was broken into in their facility. Since having two units there the rent has increased 58% and still can not keep our belonging secure.

There is a lack of communication with the tenants. where there is construction going on. Lack of transparency about the location. There seems to be understaffed or just hiring people who do not attend to the tenants apartments request of fixing parts of the apartment and complex. I have tried living in two different apartments with this company. Hopefully this sufficient info.

I gave an extra star because I like how the inside of how my apartment looks. Whatever you do DO NOT MOVE INTO 1822 Third Ave. TONS of homeless people. They even sleep in the complex’s driveway. My car has been vandalized (the owner allowed a drug addict to reside there smh) and my storage unit has been broken into. It’s not worth the money. Take your money and go somewhere far away from downtown. It just gets worse as the days go by. Oh! And the owners refuse to get the camera operational. They say it “won’t do any good anyhow”. I can’t make this stuff up…pic is of a homeless person sleeping …

Terrible property management company! After discovering mold growing on multiple walls in a unit I planned to move into, they refused to refund my security deposit. Please do a thorough inspection for their units before you sign a lease like I did.

Currently live in one of the Strat Managed Properties in Mission Beach and couldn’t be more happier. Management is quick to respond if anything comes up and send maintenance over in less than a day. Paying rent is swift and easy through the tenant portal and can place maintenance request on there as well. Couldn’t be any more satisfied with this property management company!
