We have worked with Success and Betsy for over 5 yrs. Betsy and her team have been amazing. There aren't many companies that truly care anymore, but they really do. Every single time that I've needed to reach out to Betsy or her team, they have been amazing at providing customer service. I would highly reccomend them to anyone looking to rent or purchase through Success.

Success Rentals has been great to work with. They have helped us screen and place tenants, deal with the occasional emergency repair and stay up to date with changing laws. Betsy is knowledgeable about current market conditions. She treats tenants and property owners with respect.

Betsy is the most knowable rental management I've ever met！ From helping me to buy investment properties in San Diego, California since 2017, managing them for me, giving me current events and providing helpful tips, I've learning and gaining so much from her services! Sometimes I even made a small trouble and she is on rescue asap. Betsy and her team are professional, friendly, and easy to understand. RENTERS: If you are thinking about renting a property managed by this place - DON’T!! They are horrible in all regards. And, It’s a top down problem that starts with Betsy. All of their negative reviews are correct - and we experienced all of the issues noted and then some! Disgusting at move in, items left by construction workers, no required forms for weeks, and horrifically unprofessional staff (and don't both informing Betsy, she's the worst of them all!). Had the experience of working with Success Rentals and it was the primary reason we wanted to move out of the location. Ever since we first moved in, we communicated that good communication was important for us and that's all we asked in return. We got quite the opposite as the place we moved into was dirty and not professionally cleaned. We documented this and told them that we don't expect to professionally clean the place when we moved out. We had to move out one month after moving in for the floors to be redone. Success Rentals Property Management is the worst property management company I’ve ever had the displeasure of working with as a tenant. The company took over a few months after we signed a lease for a beautiful apartment. Betsy, Brock, Mark, and the rest of the team do not appear to care about their tenants. They may be good at selling houses, I’m not sure, but they do not seem to enjoy being landlords. Their construction crews are rude and leave mess for tenants to clean up.
