Terrible company, don’t care about anything but money. They never follow through with maintenance, customer service or anything. If you own property don’t use them, all they want is money

Literally, 0 stars. Do not rent or purchase anything with this property management company. The gate for our building has been broken for 3 years. They have yet to find a way to fix it. Elevator broke with me inside, firefighters told me this place is the most poorly designed building and to avoid the elevator at all costs. The management of HOA funds is not paying for things to be fixed. Multiple times asked for individuals to help chip in and pay for repairs and maintenance. DO NOT USE THEM.

Worst company! If you’re planning to move to Cerro de Acala DON’T! I have been here for less than 6 months. I’ve had my vehicle, window broken, towed for NO reason and no one would help me with a reimbursement even though I am a resident here, and just recently had all four of my wheels stolen and my vehicle left on the pretty sidewalk bricks they put on the sidewalks. The crime is insane and their fake cameras are not a deterrent. In addition to my vehicle being vandalized and stolen from I have seen countless windows smashed. I've attempted to call the Maintenance Hotline over a dozen times. Left messages no replies. Now the answer machine is full and your unable to leave a message. I've been calling for two days to no avail, what kind of property management company is this? No wonder their overall rating is 2.6 - 2.9
