Had a great experience staying in Normal Heights! The property was beautifully maintained and the landlord was professional and responsive.

What an absolute GEM! My husband and I love this neighborhood, and when our house was getting worked on we knew we wanted to stay close. I was very nervous about staying in a studio as a stay at home mom. To fit my husband, 1 year old, Doberman, and I comfortably for 4 months seemed like too big a feat. I was SO wrong. This place DELIVERED! The efficient use of space in this studio is remarkable. We were able to bring clothing for the 3 of use with plenty of space to put things. Huge closet to store luggage. Sean's a great landlord. He cares about creating a living environment at his properties that feels like home. He adds little touches without fanfare, like string lights to brighten up the yard at night and make the walk home feel welcoming. We rented one of his apartments at a small, 4 unit property for 4.5 years. Sean was responsive, caring, and took initiative to meet our needs any time we reached out. Would recommend renting from a considerate landlord like him any time!

I had the incredible pleasure to rent from Sean for nearly 4 years and I was very sad to part from both having him as my landlord and from moving out of my amazing studio. I have never had a better landlord. He is responsive, accommodating and just an incredible person to work with and know. I am so lucky I found a home in one of his properties.
