I've been using Tenant Planet to rent out my condo for a few months and I must Umer has been great keeping in contact with me which makes my life so much easier.

They manage two units for me and are organized and courteous. I highly recommend them for property management!

I have been using Tenant Planet for several years now. They have made ownership stress go away. When there is an issue with a tenant they just do what is necessary and fix it! It's great to have a competent company managing my properties. Highly recommended.

I hardly ever write negative reviews, but I have to put this out there. I was an owner with Tenant Planet and have to warn others about Ana Gomez. She is one of the most incompetent persons I have ever worked with. I am sorry to say that. Beware. Everyone else at Tenant Planet was ok. Do not have Ana Gomez list your home or perform property inspections. She marked water intrusion/damage in a bathroom as “chipped paint” during a move out inspection at which I wasn’t in state. I've been using tenant Planet for over 5 years. I've found them to provide a good value for money compared to other companies. They promptly follow up on tenant concerns and ensure that things are well taken care of.

The team here is superb and is on top of the property and any items that arise. Fixes, client issues are taken care of expeditiously. Maham clearly communicated and resolved any outstanding issues.

Menahil Javed has been great to work with. I recently partnered with Tenant Planet and I appreciate their open lines of communication. They don't make me feel like I'm asking too many questions.

Anzar is the best. Constant communication, doing what he can on his end to try to resolve the issues. While there's a lot of steps to go through when it comes to issues, big or small, in home care, Anzar consistently exceeded expectations as a tenant. I appreciate the work he did, and continues to do!

Had a ceiling leak in the early morning. Requested help, and Umer Farooq took care of it for me by noon that same day. Impressive speed and maintenance. Over 2 years, any time I've had an issue, its been taken care of without hassle.

I appreciate the prompt service. when my tenants water heater was leaking they were on top of it immediately and everything was corrected, very fast turn around.

We really appreciate Umer. We had a time sensitive issue that was very important and he delivered on all fronts - prompt communication, follow up and updating us from start to finish. He's awesome.

Look elsewhere, I promise the low cost is not worth it when communication is so bad. My husband and I ended up paying a lot more in repairs because the company would just send people, sometimes more than one company to "fix something" without my consent and things would break again and they wouldn't ask about warranties, they inspections were a joke... It was a huge headache for us.

I have been using Tenant Planet for 3 years now to manage a property in San Francisco, which is a complex place to operate. Tenant Plant has done a great job managing the complexities of tenant management, dealing with SF's rent control challenges (limits to rent increases, interest for tenants on deposits, etc). Recently, we had a major failure of our boiler in that building. Yes they give a good rate but they dont answer their phones or emails. You have to keep contacting them. The owner doesn't respond to you either and the solutions team is rude and doesnt give you any guidance or updates. The only person thet is helpful is anzaar in maintenance.

I couldn’t be any more satisfied with the service and the communication that I have received from Mahnoor Waseem. He informed me about a problem in my home right away , provide me with the alternatives to fix it , and gave me the opportunity to find my own plumber to take care of it . Anzar the property manager from Tenant Planet did an AMAZING job helping us, he found a GREAT vendor and the vendor did an AWESOME job! Anzar kept on pushing to get our restrooms, hallway and master bedroom fixed. He called me personally several times to see if the jobs were done to completion and with satisfaction. After getting stationed in Japan TP became one of the most difficult to contact or organize anything with; while the unit was occupied I asked TP to perform my annual inspection to prepare for potentially selling the property. Lynda Lopez was great at handling a difficult issue between my parent's rented house & the back neighbors. Two trees were in danger of breaking through the shared back fence. Lynda got a Landscape professional there ASAP and he assessed what was needed. He removed the trees and replaced the affected portion of the fence. From the neighbor's call to Lynda at Tenant Planet , the approval, all the work needed and cleanup it took less than a week.

Our experience with Tenant Planet was, without question, the worst renting experience we've ever had. From the very beginning, communication was inconsistent and often misleading. We were given incorrect information multiple times regarding our lease, payments, and move-out process. At one point, we were told conflicting things about whether last month's rent had been prepaid--something that should be very straightforward for any competent property manager. Maintenance was another major issue. Requests were either ignored or took an unreasonable amount of time to resolve. We went over 3 months…

Anzar was the POC on the Property Management side on multiple issues/workorders I've submitted. He was very professional and communicative throughout. He manages very well the scheduling and collaboration between I as tenant, vendor, and property owner. It was a pleasure working with him and really appreciate the work he has done to hp resolved those issues.

I had a great experience with Menahil Javed at Tenant Planet. My payment portal had been deactivated and I was unable to make a payment. Menahil quickly identified the issue, reactivated my portal, and got everything sorted out with no hassle. She was helpful, professional, and efficient. My experience with Ana Gomez it’s really bad. She never gives you a answer she disappeared. She have your money she stressed you out she’s very rude not professional and she’s not a good person she robbed me out of $3400. Give me a hard time to meet up with her to get the the keys. She told you she had the flu she’s sorry and she gotta make up the schedule when you’re supposed to move out the next day. It’s a whole lot of red flag. You can’t have SDG&E under your name. Anzar with Tenant Planet has been great to work with for maintenance requests for my current unit. Tenant Planet team has been quick and responsive for requests and scheduling. All issues requested have been resolved in timely manner and quick communication with tenant.

Tenant Planet has been very helpful with all issues that have arisen while living at one of their properties. They even dealt with the annoying HOA of the building for me and were quick in getting any issues I had resolved. Menahil was great and she helped me resolve my issue quickly.

So repair was done timely but after repair was done, Water still came out nasty. It still smells and the repair company left a lot of debris behind.

Tenant Planet responds to communications quickly and resolves tenant issues with the best care.

Anzar Farooq was awesome in handling my hot water issue at my condo he called me back ASAP and had a maintenance person out within the hour, great customer service!

If I could give a negative review I would. We rented a property from them for 2 years. The communication is terrible and that is when you can actually get them to pick up the phone. On top of that when we moved out we were charged for a deep clean and a carpet even though we provided receipts for both. I brought this to their attention again since they also charged us and they tried saying we left the property filthy. They said they had 2 deep cleaning and scheduling a third. This company is literally the WORST. We will never be renting from these people ever again. Where do we even begin with how much this company sucks. I understand that the owner of the home we rented made a lot of the decisions that screwed us over, however tenant planet, the management company, did little to no management at all between owner and tenant the whole time. Trash company, unprofessional. Negative star if possible. Never solve your problems. Called to have them send refund, they never listen to you and keeping making mistakes. The person in charge of deposit refund never gets back to me. Messy and unorganized company. It has been over 1 month and still haven't received all refund. This company does not care about their tenants. My vehicle was towed on 11/1/23 because of their negligence. First, I was given the run around a few times over the phone on who to speak to. When I finally get thru to some one who actually cared I was told that Tenant planet failed to let us know about new parking permits and we were towed. I have a small business and they ruined my entire morning that day. They also did not want to reimburse me for lost wages. See you guys in small claims court. Worst management company I’ve ever dealt with. My vehicle was towed on November 2, 2023 due to not being notified that I needed to get new parking permits through a new company. I was given a complete run around on the day mentioned above only to find out that someone from Tenant planet was notified in July to let us know about the permit issue.
