I would like to thank Chloe Holder of the Avalon Management Group for her follow through regarding on my email request. The slope behind our home has been neglected for years and has become an eye sore as well as a fire hazard. Chloe responded to my email with a promise that our issue would be resolved. Two days later the landscaping crew showed up and cut back all the overgrown vegetation. Thank you Chloe for your follow up.

I’ve been trying to speak with someone over the phone but no one is picking up or I get hung up on. When I was finally able to speak with someone they transferred me but I also ended up getting hung up on. It should not be this difficult for a homeowner to speak with someone. Very poor customer service

New staff at Avalon seem to enjoy sending passive-aggressive communications to homeowners, instead of first consulting with board directors regarding constituent issues such as lawn maintenance. For example, after spending over $10,000 beautifying my front landscape, instead of positive feedback the staff is sending threatening letters about unnecessary paperwork. If this harassing and condescending behavior continues, I will have no choice but to run for the HOA board again - and maybe change management companies again.

This association is not willing to work with long-time homeowners when it comes to their supposed "hard costs". Just another company showing their only concern is their bottom line.

Avalon Management is the management company we have had as an HOA. Kierstin is the best manager we have had in 24 years.

We’re adding solar panels to our house and speed is important. We needed HOA approval and worried that it would take a long time. Avalon made the process super clear and we were able to get approval very quickly! Julio was great!

I had a real issue come up over my paying of my assessment. I got personal attention to the problem that I had created, and it was really great. The property management is fabulous as well. They are professional and caring, something I have seen little of from other management companies. Great job!

I recently had an issue with a bill on my HOA account, and I want to thank Avalon for handling it quickly and professionally. They were responsive, clear in their communication, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s reassuring to know that they take homeowner concerns seriously and work efficiently to resolve them. I really appreciate their support and attention to detail!

reply to my inquiry regarding HOA review of my intention to replace a garage door was vague, unhelpful, and largely irrelevant. Their form does not apply to a garage door and they are very unclear about what they actually need. When will an HOA realize that they should be helpful and working with their employer (homeowner) rather than desultory and antagonistic weak efforts meant to confuse and delay

Nothing but positive things to say about the folks at Avalon Management. They manage our HOA and the staff is quick, responsive and very professional. Many kudos to the team.

Last week, I called Avalon and reported a nest of Bees in the community area next to our house on breakaway. Their response was immediate and within a couple of days. The bees were gone. Thank you Julio Chavez for your attention and quick response to our bee problem!

I am a new homeowner with an Association. I was pleased at how quickly and responsive Julio was in responding to my request to make some exterior changes. Thank you.

I echo the comments of Rosalie Loaiza makes below regarding Jasmine Morales. I give Ms Morales less than one star for her lack of responsiveness - very unprofessional. AND THEN, Julio Chavez stepped in (five stars) and got my request for approval completed in two days, as opposed to the 1.5 months that I had previously waited for a response. Thank you so much, Julio, for your professionalism and great customer service! I appreciate it!

Brandie Wynn at the Avalon Oceanside facility is a rockstar! It's hard to find great customer service these days but Brandie is a breath of fresh air in customer service. She took her time helping me walking me through every step to fix my access problem. She answered some additional questions and gave me the contact info of the person I needed to talk to. It did not end there she also followed up with an email with some additional points and tips on navigating the portal and again gave me the contact information on my previous question. Thank you Brandie!

I had a difficult situation recently and I was fortunate to have Brandie Wynn help me resolve the problem. She went overboard to help and was delightful to work with.

I recently reported a wasp's nest in my front proch overhang to Daniel Fregoso at Avalon Mangement Group. Daniel responded that day and within 3 days the wasp nest was gone. I very much appreciated the quick, no hassle, response.
