Property management is an unfriendly and difficult grind in California, but Celso Fernandez and the team at Three Guys Property Management handled our property management challenges with professionalism and a much-needed compassion. My wife and I live in Idaho, so we had no way of knowing what was happening at our San Diego property. Celso consistently communicated with us promptly and made us feel at-ease. I've worked with Three Guys Properties for about 8 years and they have been wonderful. They have always done a terrific job at showing my Ocean Beach units, and in finding great and responsible tenants. They are thorough in advertising my vacancies, in screening prospective applicants, doing thorough background checks, and have always gotten the best tenants. They are professional, smart, kind, and super helpful. I've worked with Neil. Celso, and Nicole and they are all great. I recommend them to everyone!

The entire staff at Three Guys has been fantastic! They really made our transition from Maine to California a smooth one. They’ve been on top of every minor issue we encountered at the house! No big issues, but things you deal with in a new home. Their online portal makes it very easy to put in a request for maintenance and they quickly respond and act to correct things. We’ve dealt with Nicole and Celso and both have been kind, professional, and quick with all communication. When I call Nicole, she always picks up or calls asap. Everyone knows how hard it is to get a rental in San Diego. We were on our A game. Guess who else was. Nicole. She is amazing to work with. There were some initial concerns regarding my personal credit, due to factors outside my control. They took the time to hear me out and understand my situation and approved our application! From the first walk-through, to a follow-up visit as well as asking dozens of questions she maintained a professional and warm tone. I recently started renting a home managed by Three Guys Properties, Inc. and my experience so far is awesome and has extra accommodating with any requests due to it being an older rental. They make sure everything is taken care of and have made the transition to being a tenant as smooth as possible!

Neil, Nicole, and the entire team at Three Guys Properties go above and beyond to make sure tenants have the best experience when looking to rent property in San Diego. Although they do not represent me, they worked diligently to answer all of my questions, coordinate with my Landlord pre-move in, and make sure everything was described appropriately. In addition, I had a cross country shipment of a car which I was not available to receive at move-in, and they took time out of their day to receive the car and make sure it was safely stored in my garage. As a tenant who has lived in multiple rentals, I can say Three Guys Properties provided the best experience we've ever had. Angie Swader was with us from day one when we toured the home, and was kind, patient, and helpful throughout our whole stay. Every question and problem was handled quickly and efficiently.
