I am owner of a small number of rental residences. With all the new tenant/landlord laws over the past three or four years I decided that I could not keep up with all the changes and needed to get someone on my team that could take over management to ensure all those laws are followed to keep me out of legal trouble. They provide automated systems that tenants use to pay rent and report necessary repairs. They have a supply of contractors to perform repairs. I can log into their system any time to see what repairs have been requested and rent they paid. The system also tracks repair completion…

From start to finish, Max, Ken, and Nick were available and helpful in guiding us through the sales process seamlessly. Tondalaya is hands-down the BEST property manager I’ve ever had. She’s super communicative, always polite, and genuinely friendly — the kind of person who makes renting feel way less stressful than it usually is. Anytime I had a question or concern, she was quick to respond and made sure everything was handled smoothly. And yes… full transparency… she totally offered me $5 to write this review 😂 BUT honestly? I’d write it for free because she actually deserves it. The $5 just made it funnier. If you’re lucky enough to have Tondalaya as your property manager, you’re in great hands!

Tondalaya has been the go to person whenever there’s any issue in my apartment. She’s responsive, patient, and super considerate. I wish all property managers are like her!

He is super friendly and very responsive, and we couldn't be happier with the apartment now that we are all moved in. The Top Gun web portal is well set up, which made the whole thing even easier.
