Great communicators, proficient in everything they do, and only reach out when they need approval for a specific maintenance request above a certain amount. TUMOs place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We especially loved the front patio. Perfect location just steps from the beach and bay. Great coffee shop within walking distance that we went to every morning, “the Blue Palm”! The area felt very safe as well! Easy check in and great communication from the host. This was our 1st family vacation in San Diego. The house was PERFECT with plenty of room for the five of us. The location was just minutes from everything we wanted to do - Sea World, LaJola, Mission Beach, and Old Towne. The Host made us feel right at home with great communication and very responsive to our needs no matter what time of day. This was the perfect stay for our family in San Diego! The TUMO Stays rental was above expectations! The views are beautiful. Multiple outdoor spaces with beautiful and comfortable sitting areas. Everything was clean and smelled amazing. Beds were so comfortable. Both bathrooms beautifully finished with amazing heated toilets. Responses were friendly, fast and clear. We will absolutely be back to this property.

Wow, just wow. My family stayed at one of their properties in San Diego during the Thanksgiving holiday and they went above and beyond to make our experience great. We even had an issue with the house and they were on it quickly! They also gave us amazing local recommendations. I can’t thank them enough. I wish they managed every vacation rental I stay in :)

We stayed at their place at Promontory Club in Park City Utah. We love the space and the amenities. The service was top-notch. Braydon and his team made sure we were taken care of the whole time. We look forward to returning. Would definitely recommend this to anybody looking to stay in the area.

Stayed at a property and this host was great! Extremely responsive and really made our stay exceptional. If you have a property and you are looking for a management company, I would recommend this group - and this is coming from the guest side.

Love this place. Location is blocks from the beach, across the street from great cafes(barista botanist) and stores(blenders eyewear). The decor is funky in the best way possible and the bed is perfect for a good night’s sleep.

Communication could have been clearer

This was mine and my boyfriend’s first time in San Diego, and we had an amazing stay. The location was perfect! We were so close to everything, our Uber trips were not that expensive either since we were so close to everything. It was very clean, it felt homey and we had our own parking spot in the Driveway as well which made it a plus ! Alexandra was very responsive whenever I would contact her and was also very nice. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip out here. We really enjoyed our stay😊

Beautiful clean home with tons to do inside and outside! Area around has plenty to do aswell. Owners made it very easy to check in and very clear how and what to do to check out!

Very very beautiful. The views, amenities, rooms, pretty much everything about this place was amazing. The stairs gave us an extra workout as well.
