Super helpful and friendly, leagues better than what I have heard about my friends’ landlords. Sad that our owner is transferring companies, Virtuosic is awesome for real.
Great experience with this company. Fast and easy communication made for a smooth year. Convenient payment portal where all tenants can pay their portion of rent, rather than one person being responsible for collecting for the whole house. Highly recommend this company!
Our group of seven has had an amazing experience renting from Virtuosic Properties. From the very beginning, their team has been incredibly professional, responsive, and genuinely attentive to our needs. I’ve had a great experience with this property management company. I’ve lived in two of their homes over the past two years and had a wonderful time. They were extremely responsive and friendly to anything regarding their properties or any questions I had!

After renting a house with six other tenants from Virtuosic Properties for the past two years, I can confidently say that this house management team consistently goes above and beyond for their tenants. From the moment we moved in, we were impressed by the spotless condition of the house, which made our move-in process smooth and stress-free. Throughout our stay, Virtuosic's online portal allowed us to easily submit maintenance requests, all of which were addressed within a week. I lived in one of their homes by SDSU College Area and cannot recommend this company enough! Any concerns were addressed immediately and terms of lease were very clear and followed through with.
My housemates and I lived in a great house right by campus! Had no problems with the house, and every time there was Joel was on it and nice about it! Great people and are a great housing reference!
