My Property Manager, Jennifer Allen, is the best. She works with you, is great at communicating with you, and is very professional. She did her best to respond to any questions or concerns. Jennifer and the WeLease Property Management Team is impressive, amazingly efficient, helpful and proactive. They get the job done.

This company we’re dealing with them for two years they are great. They will tell you all the details what’s going on in your properties and when you need to fix ahead of time they sent you all this information and all the financial statements which is really great they make it so much easy for you to deal well done thank you so much for your help with our property. I was referred to WeLease by a long term friend of mind. My situation was fairly unique and complex. I have always a great experience with this property management company. They are always prompt to resolve any issue with tenant or a repair issue when needed and they are always reachable. Cari recently did an amazing job coordinating the annual HVAC inspections for my properties. The HVAC company is a 3rd party company that I typically contact separately for setting up maintenance plans and discussing the needs of my properties. When they called to remind me of the checkup, I let Cari know and she very quickly got the inspections done on both of my properties. Some PM companies are slow to get work orders done even when they use in-house vendors so I was particularly impressed by how quickly she was able to get it done and how proactive she was with updates. We are a military couple and have used WeLease for many years and are very satisfied. Every staff member we encounter is very courteous, helpful but most of all knowledgeable. Even while stationed overseas communication was a breeze and they constantly monitored the property informing us of issues before they got out of hand. They also keep us abreast of any recent developments in renters rights, owners rights and the overall rental issues. We would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a professional property management company.

Cari Rodriguez and her team at WeLease perform outstanding property management. She has handled the home warranty problems, condo with association plumbing issues, complaining neighbors, and a series of broken appliances with grace and efficiency. She responds quickly to my emails and phone calls and always finds solutions regarding complex issues.

I have been working with Chalina Haina-Cardenas from WeLease as my property management company. They are very professional, easy to work with, work very fast, communicate well, and most importantly take care of everything so that you don't have to sweat all the details of managing an investment property.

Terrible company, I do NOT recommend! I hired WeLease to manage my rental property and it was the WORST decision. Take note of their 3.5 star rating on Yelp. Welease took ever my property and got it rented in less than a month. It was previously in a waiting status since November 2023 with a Property management company located in Eastlake village center that never did their job. As soon as Welease came on board, we knew they were about doing their job. YOU ARE ABOVE 5 STARS !!!

As someone who was listing their first property as a rental, I knew I needed help. I am so lucky that I found WeLease San Diego. Their knowledge, expertise, and value are second to none. They have made transitioning my primary home into a rental property and have been helpful every step of the way! While the entire staff is excellent, Cari, our maintenance coordinator, is a shining star. She is there for our every need and question and always goes above and beyond to assist us and her clients.

I work with various property management companies across San Diego county and WeLease has been one of the better quality property management companies. Cari really pushes for both the tenants comfort of living and the owners best interest. I always look for transparency when working with another company because that is how we like to operate ourselves and Cari is on top of it. DO NOT TRUST! My roommates and I moved into our unit and within roughly a month there was a bathroom leak. I put the work order in and the team started their work (they were good with response time). It took them about three months to finish the bathroom causing us to go from two bathrooms to one. Every time they finished (roughly four/five times); the inspector would come in and reject the work and they would restart. Threatening tenants is their first response instead of helping Almost a year as a tenant and the pattern never changes. Their AppFolio payment portal has recurring issues that cause payments to fail through no fault of the tenant — I had $7,500 in my account for a $2,500 rent payment and their system still failed to process it correctly. Instead of communicating or helping resolve the issue, their first move is to put a Pay or Quit notice on your door and charge late fees. No phone call, no email response, nothing helpful — just legal threats. The portal locks you out regularly and even reset…

Hands down, the absolute worst property management firm I've dealt with in SoCal. They lack accountability, it's difficult getting a hold of employees, their maintenance process is slow, and their contractors are subpar at best. I've been at a Welease managed property going on 4 years and they've gotten significantly worse after the initial year at this property; I believe they may have changed their management staff. Nonetheless, they seem to lack basic humanity when dealing with residents. They'll make mistakes then deny it and blame it on the resident. Poor communication skills run rampant…

These people run a very shady business. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!! They will come up with any excuse to not have to refund your deposit back (ie. replace light bulbs, wd40 window tracks, throwing away an outdoor rug, etc..). Unethical and unprofessional.

they are extremely unprofessional. they send emails to to regarding issues that are past due. they have ignored my maintenance request and when they finally got in contact, hung up on me. when the maintenance was said to be on the way, he was about an hour and a half late. lying about the conditions of the building. extremely unwilling to fix issues.

The property managers, especially Luz and Cari, really pitched in to help me out when my unit had a slab leak. I’m very happy with the outcome of our situation here at are apparent bldg. we have some very loud neighbors, 3 crying kids and about 7 adult males and 4 adult females in a two bedroom apartment. So it was a nightmare. But welease worked with us and the other neighbors, it wasn’t as quick as I wanted it to be. But they did there investigation into this matter and happy to say the loud and disrespectful neighabors will be moving out soon. Thank you welease we appreciate your assistance in our situation.

Im writing this review because the moving situation with my husband and WeLease has been horrendous and a huge lack of communication. We moved into a home property managed by WeLease in September, almost 3 months in now. Upon moving in we had to live with bees getting into the home for about 2 weeks, a water leak, no bath tub (they did inform us of this upon moving in), no working air conditioning (we live in San Diego, it is 80+ degrees within our move in and on), family room fan not work, fridge not getting cold (many of my groceries went bad), and blinds not closing properly. I usually don't write reviews unless the service is exceptional or extremely horrible. I'm happy to say that I'm writing this review because WeLease is an exceptional company to work with. Cari is always very responsive and usually replies within hours with an answer, or at least to let you know she is looking into it and that she will get back to me ASAP (and she does!). Their portal system is easy, convenient, and efficient, but most importantly, it's nice to work with someone who cares and knows what they are doing.

They just want your money and do not care about you or the properties they manage. We were without AC for 2 months this summer and it had gotten up to 86 degrees inside of my house, I even had food spoil in my pantry because of the high temps in my kitchen. Now, I have a broken microwave which I reported to maintenance a month ago with no resolution yet even though it was broken in their own Pre Move in Inspection Report… Save yourself and DO NOT rent a WeLease property!!!

We have been tenants of we lease for a year and are extremely happy with the property management service. They are efficient and always respond promptly to our needs. We have never had issue with communication and nothing is ever left unresolved. They are also super nice! It is an absolute pleasure to be a tenant working them.

We lease is the absolute worst property management team I’ve ever had in my renting years which adds up to 20 years. They do absolutely nothing! I live in a duplex and been here 5 years, we lease took over the property after I was here for 3 years with a different owner.
