I lived in a little studio close to downtown, it was a great price with an updated kitchen. My neighbors were friendly and the manger Yajaira was amazing, any time I put in a maintenance request it was quickly taken care of .

The worst experience with a property management company. The worst treatment and management from this company. I've lived in this property Antone apartments for eight years with several managers, and this company is terrible. The worst part is that the owner jay whittington calls you not to offer a solution, but to interrupt and argue with a tenant who's just trying to find a solution to a problem this very company created. Horrible service. Their gates don't have sensors and when pulling out of the property people were walking across the sidewalk, which cause us to stop and let them pass. Since their gate doesn't have a sensor the gate began to close and crashed into our vehicle causing damage. Management asked us for 2 quotes from repair shops and once they were provided they refused to take responsibility saying we had no video evidence that this actually happened and since they do not have cameras either it was their word against ours. Stay away from Whittington Property Management! We rented a unit at 4118 Texas St Apt 1 for almost two years and had a terrible experience from the first week we moved in. We saw a roach on the first night we moved in and immediately reached out to the property manager, who assured us that this would be taken care of. He said they had a contract with a pest control company, but we rarely saw anyone spraying.
